Rental rate

Weekdays (M-F) rental:

Hourly rental: $20
Half day rental (4 hour block): $70
Full day rental: $120

Weekend (S-S) rental:

Hourly rental: $25
Half day rental (4 hour block): $85
Full day rental: $150

Weekly packages: (valid within 1 week of activation, can be used for both weekday and weekend sessions, options for storage available for long term bookings)

10 hourly sessions: $180
15 hourly sessions: $240

FAQ

1. What is the best rental option for me?

- For short term bookings or one-off events, hourly options are the most convenient options. You can spend as many hours as you need in the studio.

- For long term bookings, a weekly package is a great option if you’re trying to save money - you’ll only need to pay a flat fee per week and have access to available hourly sessions on both weekdays and weekends at the same rate (or at no additional costs).

2. Is there a security deposit?

Yes. When renting a dance studio, you will be expected to pay a security deposit averaging around $100, and you will be charged in case of any damage to the room. Full refund within 24h of check out. (See rental policy for more details).

3. What should I expect to be included in the studio rental?

You should expect a clean studio with parking available. For courtesy, please clean up during and after your rental. Sometimes, some yoga equipment may be included in the hire. It is always a good practice to confirm the fit-out before booking by leaving your questions in the comment box upon booking.
